We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 7 days. Please check the garment carefully before removing any tags or labels.

Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, contact number and order number along with the item(s) that you're returning.
You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us unless upon prior agreement with us
Please send all item(s) by Recorded Delivery (the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us).
If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable (unless upon prior agreement with us).
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed or worn items. If a washed or worn item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

How do I return a wrong or defective item?
Go ahead and return any wrong or damaged item as normal. Since it was our fault for sending you a wrong or defective item, include your return shipping receipt. When we receive the wrong or defective item back, we'll reimburse the return shipping, replace or refund for the item. Please send all item(s) by Recorded Delivery (the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us).
What if something I requested for an exchange goes out of stock?
If the item you request is out of stock when the exchange is processed, we'll issue you credit or a refund. Please contact us before returning the item to check our stock and reserve your item.

You can get a copy of the return form here: Return Form . Please include your order number, your email address, contact number and the email address of whoever placed the order if they're different.
